Is diabetic urine, sweet?

  Is it possible that all diabetic urine is sweet? The answer is: not really, not all diabetics will have urine sugar. Why would a good person urinate sugar? Could it be that when you eat too much sugar, the excess sugar appears in your urine? No, the real problem is the insulin in our body. Our body is like a society filled with wailing beater-cells. Every day, the various delicacies we eat are broken down and absorbed into the bloodstream by the digestive system, becoming a take-out order ready for delivery, such as glucose.
