Often eat takeout food, how harmful to the body?

  Studies have also found a pattern: people who "eat out" more are, on average, sicker and live shorter lives. In 2021, a study in the United States counted 35,084 adults. Among them, those who ate takeout two or more meals a day had the highest risk of death during the study period (1999 to 2014). They had 1.49 times the all-cause mortality, 1.18 times the cardiovascular mortality and 1.67 times the cancer mortality compared to those who ate out less than 1 meal per week Eating out all the time is unhealthy, which is probably in line with many people's intuition. But what is so mysterious about restaurant and take-out food that it can be so much less healthy than at home? The obvious answer is that take-out food is made with more oil, salt, calories, and possibly hidden harmful substances such as gutter oil. This is true.
